A BusinessObjects expert in your inbox.
Your team writes to it the way they would write to a consultant. The agent does the work in your BusinessObjects system and replies with what it built, where it saved it, and anything left open.
Nothing for your users to install · No portal · No training
Small BusinessObjects jobs wait days and cost consultant hours.
"Add a column." "What does this field mean?" "Why do these two reports disagree?" Requests like these queue for a developer or a consultant, and each one is billed by the hour.
The agent picks them up straight away. It doesn't stop at telling you how: it builds or changes the report in your system and tells you where to find it.
It does the work, not just give advice.
The agent knows your folders, universes and naming conventions, and learns more with every task. On Deltek Maconomy it already knows the standard BPM reporting universes: Biclever Agent for Maconomy.
From a short description, an attached spec or an existing report: queries, variables, tables, charts, prompts, filters, formatting.
Add columns, prompts, totals and formatting to reports you already have.
What a field means, which universe to use, why a number differs between two reports.
Find unused objects, compare two versions, check that reports still run and give the same numbers after an upgrade.
Verify a report's result against the data, or find out why a total looks wrong.
Once a change works in one report, roll the same approach out to others.
Change a universe and see which reports the change affects.
Email in, finished work out.
Replies often arrive within 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the task. Your agent works on one task at a time; if your team needs more throughput, you can have more than one agent.
Send a request
Plain language by email, in English, Norwegian or another language. Attach a specification or an example if it helps.
Get the reply
Every report created or changed, with system, folder, name and ID, and anything left open.
Continue the thread
Follow-ups like "make the dates monthly" just work; the agent keeps the context.
Clarify when needed
If a request is ambiguous, it asks, and suggests options found in your system.
AI can make mistakes. Important changes may need human review before they are relied on in production.
Ask from where you already work.
Write from your normal mailbox. Attach a specification, a screenshot or an example report.
Microsoft Teams Coming soon
Message the agent in a chat or a channel, next to your team's other conversations.
Slack Coming soon
The same agent and the same memory, from your Slack workspace.
When to use something else.
The agent is fast at everyday BusinessObjects work. A few jobs are better done another way.
Everyday data questions
For ad hoc queries and data analysis, Biclever MCP in your own AI assistant is much cheaper.
Very large jobs
Processing every report in your system can use a lot of credits. Contact us first: a fixed-price project is usually cheaper.
Business decisions
The agent knows your BusinessObjects system, not your business, your workflows or your people. Those decisions stay with you.
Built for an IT review.
Each customer gets a dedicated agent in an isolated workspace.
The AI never sees your passwords
The Biclever Gateway in your own network holds the credentials and logs in for the agent. Each task gets a fresh session.
Originals are protected
It works on a copy by default, and backs up first if you ask it to change the original.
Only your people can use it
Mail from anyone else, or from an address that can't be verified, is ignored.
Your data stays yours
A dedicated agent with its own mailbox, memory and system access. Self-hosting in your own environment on request.
Everything is traceable
Every system call is logged and every task is recorded in the agent's journal.
You set the limits
A service account with the rights you choose, limited to one folder. Use a test or production system, as you prefer.
From first email to go-live.
Agree the scope
Which systems and environments the agent may work on, and who may write to it.
Connect your system
You install the Biclever Gateway on a server in your network and provide a dedicated service account, limited to the folder the agent may work in.

We set up its memory with your folders, conventions and key reports.

What does it cost after the pilot?
We agree the price with you at the end of the pilot, based on your real requests and the credits they used. Larger jobs can be a fixed-price project, from €1,000. Nothing is billed unless you sign up.
Where does my data go?
The agent runs on a dedicated server in Norway. Requests are processed by Anthropic's Claude API, and email is handled by Google Workspace. Neither uses your data to train models. Self-hosting in your own environment is available on request.
Which BusinessObjects versions work?
BI 4.3 SP3 and later, including BI 2025.
What if it can't do a task?
The agent handles everyday BusinessObjects work well, but some reports are very complex, and we can't guarantee it handles them efficiently. When it can't finish a task, it explains what's missing and keeps a note. With your permission, we review those notes to keep improving it.
What if it makes a mistake?
It works on a copy by default and backs up any original before changing it.
How are users added?
You decide who may write to the agent. Adding or removing a user takes one email to us.
Try it on your own BusinessObjects system.
5 free one-month pilots left. 200 credits, no monthly fee.
